Welcome to Cascade XC!

Hello and welcome!

First day of practice will be on August 26th. We'll meet at 8am at Cascade HS outside the gym.

Until school starts, our practices will begin at 8am. (usually ending at 9:30 or 10am) Most of them taking place at Cascade HS. Some of them will be at Forest Park, Japanese Gulch, Willis Tucker Park and McCollum Park. We will have practices on Saturdays throughout the season. If we don't have a practice, it's because we'll be at an invitational.

This website and athletic.net should be book marked on your computer or phone. Our schedule will be finalized in late August.

A couple of things you must do before August 20th.

1. Get all of your paper work completed and turned in. www.rankonesport.com

2. Make sure your physical is current and doesn't expire during our season.

3. Purchase a new pair of road running shoes. Ideally, a name brand with lots of support that fits your foot properly. Most of the kids who experience injuries are athletes who are training in shoes with too many miles on them.

4. Get in shape, or stay in shape! Before our first day of practice athletes should be able to handle a 4-6 mile run comfortably. Without stopping, and without walking.
